What is your return policy?

imageanation.com sell art products and hence does not have a return policy unless its received in a bad condition or tampered in transit, if so, then your order can be replaced with the same item. But not refunded.

You may return to imageanation.com within 3 days of its delivery if you are unsatisfied with it for any damage or tampering of the product and you need to replace it. You may contact us at support@imageanation.com with your Order number details to get authorisation and further instructions on initiating the replacement.

Help – My item arrived damaged. What next?

It is unlikely that your order arrives damaged, If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free Photo Return process to speed replacement. Here's how:

  • Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@imageanation.com Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the replacement.
  • You will receive an email within 24-72 hours confirming that we received your email.
  • We will get back to you on how to proceed in replacment.

Help – I received the wrong item. What next?

Contact our Customer Experience team at support@imageanation.com within 3 days of receiving your item. They’ll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They’ll also help make sure the correct item is shipped out ASAP.

How can I cancel my entire order?

You can cancel your order until we have shipped the items. Please contact our Customer Experience team at support@imageanation.com with your Order number details to request order cancellation.
